Tell us about your breakthrough career moment
As an immigrant to the UK starting my own business, meant breakthroughs came in many forms, from getting the right visa sponsorship to allow me to set up CogniHealth in the UK to organisations (ie. Edinburgh Innovations, Investing Women, Royal Society of Edinburgh) that provided me a supportive and resourceful platform to take CogniHealth off the ground.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever had?
Keep going if you are learning and enjoying what you are doing.
The first thing I do in the morning is…

How do you protect your mental health in moments of pressure?
Going back to my ‘why’ and being reflective of the situation on a run.
Do you have any hobbies to keep you busy in your spare time?
Walks in nature, exercising and reading.
